Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop, implement and review HR policies, procedures and policies and align these to company's vision, objectives and strategies
  • Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day HRM operations covering recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits, performance and talent management, employee relations, welfare and recreation
  • Implementation of best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of HR functions
  • Conduct staff cost analysis and other recruitment/compensation/benefits and performance management related statistical report/analyses
  • Maintain overall supervision and direction of HR Department

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent understanding of the business environment and the linkages to HR strategy, policies and practices
  • Resourceful, adaptable, result-focused, meticulous and with initiative
  • Team player with change management experiences
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good organizational and problem solving skills

Job Details:

  • Location: Tuas
  • Salary: Negotiable
  • Work Week: 5 days
  • Transport: Provided (Island wide)
