Responsibilities: - To develop a positive and productive relationship with the operation teams and channel partners.
- To manage the overall support model that aims at answering queries in a fast, accurate and clear manner.
- To work in a shared business environment and leverage expertise from peer teams to meet objectives.
- To participate in re-defining, implementing and continuously improving business activities with the goal of positively impacting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- To provide management with timely reports related to the job scope.
- To participate in process and knowledge management projects.
Requirements: - Korean speaking candidate
- Diploma holder and above
- Minimum 3 years related working experience
- Strong customer service and problem solving skills
- Good in communications skills
- Proficient in English & Korean
- Must be a detailed, patient and fast worker
- Ability to work under deadline in a fast-paced working environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products eg. Excel, Word
