• Will be involved in marketing and leasing of retail pushcarts and residential properties and other ad hoc development projects.
• Actively source for suitable retail concepts and brands to secure the lease, handle and negotiate renewals, pre-terminations, as well as other leasing matters.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Real Estate Business / Building Management or equivalent
• At least 3 years relevant experience in property marketing & leasing preferably in retail / residential industry.
