Customer Care Executive (Korean Speaking)
Responsibilities:
  • To develop a positive and productive relationship with the operation teams and channel partners.
  • To manage the overall support model that aims at answering queries in a fast, accurate and clear manner.
  • To work in a shared business environment and leverage expertise from peer teams to meet objectives.
  • To participate in re-defining, implementing and continuously improving business activities with the goal of positively impacting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • To provide management with timely reports related to the job scope.
  • To participate in process and knowledge management projects.

Requirements:

  • Korean speaking candidate
  • Diploma holder and above
  • Minimum 3 years related working experience
  • Strong customer service and problem solving skills
  • Good in communications skills
  • Proficient in English & Korean
  • Must be a detailed, patient and fast worker
  • Ability to work under deadline in a fast-paced working environment
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products eg. Excel, Word
