Responsibilities: - Plan, develop, implement and review HR policies, procedures and policies and align these to company's vision, objectives and strategies
- Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day HRM operations covering recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits, performance and talent management, employee relations, welfare and recreation
- Implementation of best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of HR functions
- Conduct staff cost analysis and other recruitment/compensation/benefits and performance management related statistical report/analyses
- Maintain overall supervision and direction of HR Department
Requirements: - Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent understanding of the business environment and the linkages to HR strategy, policies and practices
- Resourceful, adaptable, result-focused, meticulous and with initiative
- Team player with change management experiences
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organizational and problem solving skills
