This year's Annual Meeting of New Champions, organised by the World Economic Forum, brings together government and business leaders to discuss the implications of changing paradigms and new technologies on governments and the world economy. Mr Gan will hold bilateral meetings with Chinese government officials as well as Ministers from other countries at the sidelines of the event.
